It started with the compassionate and competent care we received at Sun Peaks by the RN's and other members of the oakley dart first aid station on and off the hill. Once we arrived at RIH, having never been there before, we were greeted by a very friendly and caring RN at the triage station. This type of interaction continued for the duration of our 3 hour stay. I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, x ray, and support staff who were involved in my son's care. Interior Health should be proud to have individuals working for them who display this type of behaviour and professionalism. I will tell everyone in Kelowna what great service we received at RIH.
