Barclays English Premier League Preview Part 2 Here is the second part of our 3 part analysis of the upcoming Premier League season.

Today I take a look at a group of mid table teams that will be confident of avoiding oakley glasses online relegation and maybe going on an extended cup run. One or two of these teams will grab Europa League spots and the rest will all fall into place. Aston Villa The Birmingham outfit have replaced Gerard Houlier with Alex McLeish, and their supporters have let him know that he will have to work very hard to win them over. McLeish was the coach of city rivals Birmingham City for the past few seasons and won the Carling Cup last year as he led the team to relegation. Villa have sold two of their most effective players from last season as Ashley Young now plays for Manchester United and Stewart Downing signed up for the Anfield revolution. Marc Albrighton and newly signed Charles N'Zogbia have enough quality to provide striker Darren Bent with the requisite support. McLeish has replaced 40 year old Brad Friedel with 35 year old Shay Given, a shrewd move. Much will depend on how much McLeish can get out of Steven Ireland; on his day he is one of the best attacking midfielders in the country. They have enough quality to finish in the 8 12 range but can be stretched if Bent picks up an injury. Gone are the days of those top 6 finishesBolton were one of the surprise teams in the first half of last season as they flirted with a Europa League spot. They lost some form towards the end of the season but there is nothing stopping them from getting into the top 10 by 2012. One of their most consistent performers and fan favourite Lee Chung yong broke his leg in a preseason game against Newport last week and replacing him is tough. Chris Eagles has been brought in from Burnley but it would be foolish to expect him to have the same impact. Owen Coyle has done a great job since replacing Gary Megson but he has lost two important strikers. Daniel Sturridge has returned to Chelsea and Johan Elmander has signed for Galatasaray. Nigel Reo Coker has come in and Stuart Holden and Gary Cahill are great young oakley usa sale players. Kevin Davies remains an ever present up front but he has never been a prolific goal scorer. Bolton remain a solid squad, but where are the goals going to come from? Sort that out and fans just might be dreaming of a cup run. Ignore it, and mediocrity will have to do. have gone through more managers in the last 3 years than their West London rivals, and they start the campaign with a new man in charge. After Roy Hodgson and Mark Hughes delivered stable success at Craven Cottage the bar has been set relatively high for Martin Jol. Jol was infamously sacked at Tottenham during his last stint in England but he moved abroad to rebuild his reputation. He is now back in London and has inherited a squad that will allow him to prove a point to previous employers. Bobby Zamora is a physical nightmare and the flair executed by Clint Dempsey and Damien Duff provides him with an accute supply line. Danny Murphy and Dickson Etuhu are an underrated pairing in the center of the park, and arguably boast one of the top CB pairings in the league in Brede Hangeland and Chris Baird. His own saga with Newcastle is an unfortunate event and hopefully he can either move on or they can reach an agreement soon. The Toon faithful saw the club replace Chris Hughton with Alan Pardew and sell Andy Carroll to Liverpool last season. The money was supposed to be spent on reinforcements this summer and all was to be well. All is never well at St James Park, and Pardew's team hasn't really gotten any better or worse this summer. The surprise sale of captain Kevin Nolan to relegated West Ham did little to increase the mood around the club and Pardew seems keen to remodel Newcastle into a mid table Ligue 1 side. New signings Yohan Cabaye, Sylvain Marveaux and the returning Hatem Ben Arfa will look to hit the ground running but they may find life difficult without another proven goalscorer to capitalize on that supply line. They aren't in danger of being relegated and should be comfortably mid table; to expect anything more than that would be futile. Stoke City Stoke City enter the new campaign with a tried and tested formula that they just need to apply again. Defend in numbers while on the road and try to capitalize on the odd set piece or rare moment of skill from matthew Etherington or Ricardo Fuller; and physically overwhelm teams that try and play football at the Brittania Stadium. Picking up Jonathan Woodgate on a Bosman is an interesting signing and if he is able to provide them with anything close to full fitness it has potential to be a great move. Tony Pulis must have been very influenced by Machiavelli as a child, as the ends that his team reach often justify the questionable means that they take to get there. Regardless, Stoke City are now an established Premier League club and it would take quite the fall from grace to see them in the danger zone for an extended period of time. flirted with a Europa League place at times last season and fans will be hoping they can go one better this year. The sales of Darren Bent and Jordan Henderson severely damage the quality in the side, and once you factor in the loan spell of Danny Welbeck one begins to realize that this may be an interesting season at the Stadium of Light. Steve Bruce seems intent on making his team into Manchester United's B squad, as he signed Wes Brown and John O'Shea from the Red Devils. O'Shea is an interesting signing as he is able to fill oaklay sunglasses across the back line and he might even get to play at his preferred center position. Lee Cattermole rivals Mario Balotelli as the most unintentionally hilarious footballer in the division and Asamoah Gyan's perma smile can't help but make you wonder whether or not he's on something. West Bromwich Albion The Baggies' 2010 11 season can be divided into two distinct parts. The first part witnessed Roberto Di Matteo's attacking side take points off Arsenal, Manchester United and other "big" teams as they lingered oakley watch in the top 8. Di Matteo's stock as at an all time high and Peter Odemwingie was banging in goals from all over the pitch. WBA's fall from grace resulted in the surprise sacking of the likable Italian.

Part 2 say recently fired Roy Hodgson step into the managerial role and lead the in danger club to safety in remarkable style. Hodgson has had relative success in the transfer market so far as he captured England goalkeeper Ben Foster on loan and reunited with former player Zoltan Gera. With a full preseason under his belt and the full confidence of his players, board, and fans, Hodgson will go into the new season without fear and will be able to further mould WBA into a stable Premier League team.
